How do I apply a discount code?

If you’ve received a discount code through a special promotion, you can enter it at checkout to apply the discount.

 

If you’re on a mobile phone, click on “Show order summary & discounts” at the top of the page to see the discount code box.

Why can't I apply discount codes when purchasing a candle bundle?

Unfortunately discount codes cannot be combined with bundle discounts (e.g. CANDLE LOVER, CANDLE OBSESSED, etc.).

Please double check your address. Make sure it is correct and not missing any pertinent information for delivery including apt or unit #. We love offering affordable and in many cases free shipping, however, if a delivery error is made due to incorrect/insufficient address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, free shipping will be applied for new orders. LIMITED TIME ONLY

How long will it take to get my order?

We usually ship orders the next day (excluding weekends), and delivery, and delivery may take anywhere between 3-5 business days (depending on where you are). Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What is the best way to extend the life of my candle?

The first time you burn your candle, let it burn until the entire surface layer of wax is melted. After burning, trim the candle wicks to ensure that any ashes and burnt sections are thoroughly removed.

Can I return an item?

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we will inquire and will give you proper support.

Can I get my candle personalized?

Sorry, we do not offer personalization options at this time.
